Perceptions and Preferences of Strength Training Pre- or Post-Pitch-Based Training

The purpose of this questionnaire is to find out your thoughts on strength training and whether you have a preference to strength training being completed before or after pitch-based training or you have no preference and why this may be the case as part of your training with Newcastle United. For this questionnaire, strength training refers to any strength-based sessions as prescribed by the strength and conditioning (S&C) coach at Newcastle United Academy. There are no right or wrong answers as we are simply interested in your thoughts.
